No, we do not offer polyester fibres but we have a wide range of other synthetic staple fibres such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide 6 (PA 6), Polyethylene (PE) and Polyactic Acid (PLA).

No, we do not offer BiCo fibres but we have a wide range of other synthetic staple fibres such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide 6 (PA 6), Polyethylene (PE) and Polyactic Acid (PLA).

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity typically ranges from 600 kg to 1000 kg, depending on the specific product and its titre. 

Do you offer customized fibre solutions?

Are your fibres suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, we offer UV stabilized fibres that are even suitable for extreme outdoor applications. For further information contact us

Do you offer UV stabilized fibres?

Yes, IFG offers a wide range of different UV-grades and protection for almost any application. All UV packages and tailored formulas are available in combination with both natural and coloured fibres.

Are your fibres suitable for high-temperature environments?

The suitability of our fibres for high-temperature environments depends on the specific material and application. Polyethylene (PE) can be used at temperatures up to 80°C, polypropylene (PP) and polylactic acid (PLA) are suitable for temperatures up to 100°C, and polyamide 6 (PA 6) can withstand temperatures of up to 150°C. 

Do you offer flame retardant fibres?

Yes, we do offer flame retardant fibres. Depending on the final application, different LOI’s (Limited Oxygen Index) are available.

Equally important is the percentage of FR fibres involved, the type of blending components as well as the burning behaviour of the fibre material.

Are your fibres suitable for indirect food contact applications?

We also offer fibres that are suitable for indirect food contact applications according to FDA guidelines and/or EU regulation 10/2011.
